Do you offer repair and servicing?

Yes! Once you purchase from us, we will repair your tools in-house. Please note we do not sell parts — we only perform repairs for items purchased from us. You must show proof of purchase. Repair typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the severity of the issue.

What is the warranty policy?

Power Tools carry a 6-month manufacturer defect warranty. Please note that if customers attempt to open up and fix items themselves, the warranty will be voided.

What is your return policy?

We provide store credit for unused items returned within 7 days, brought back unopened with proof of purchase.
